If you haven't already conducted business with B2B Bank, and are ready to begin, these steps outline the processes involved.

Step 1: Speak with your Dealer

Your dealer may already be set up with B2B Bank; therefore, your first call should be to your head office. If your dealer already works with B2B Bank, you may be advised to contact us directly — proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Contact Business Development

Your local Business Development Manager is your primary contact for new business at B2B Bank. They're also a good resource for any specific questions you may have about working with us, or to set up an appointment to meet face‑to‑face.

Step 3: Submit your business

To begin doing business with us, simply send us your client's account application. We will contact your dealer to obtain your full contact information. Any future questions or inquiries with respect to your clients' accounts should be directed to our Client Services Department at 1‑800‑263‑8349.
